Microsoft has discontinued free upgrade from windows 7 or windows 8 to Windows 10. However, one can still upgrade if assistive technologies are enabled. This includes magnifier and Speech recognition. This free upgrade option was supposed to be ended by 31st dec 2017. However, it is still working. If anyone of you don't have genuine windows upgrade before offer ends.
Nope you can't. You have to download original windows 8.1 or 8 then you can upgrade to original windows 10. You can download windows 8.1 from here. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows8

It depends on your area. You can get retail key from computer shop near by or you can also purchase online. However, if you are using laptop or pc that has windows logo on it, then it's pre activated and you just need to install right version of windows. For example, if your pc or laptop originally shipped with windows 10 pro then you cannot activate windows 8 home or other.
